By accessing or using the NewWorldSMP Minecraft server, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to our server or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Purchases and Store

NewWorldSMP operates a digital storefront. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • Virtual Goods: All items, ranks, and cosmetics purchased are intangible digital goods. They have no real-world value.
  • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial or in full, under any circumstances.
  • Chargebacks: Attempting to chargeback or reverse a payment through your bank, PayPal, or credit card provider will result in an immediate, permanent, and unappealable ban from our network.
  • Server Access: Purchasing an item does not grant immunity from the server rules. If you are banned for breaking the rules, you will lose access to your purchased items, and no refund will be issued.

3. Server Rules

You agree to follow all server rules outlined on our Rules page. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the server at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the server will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Player data, including inventories, claims, and ranks, may be reset, altered, or lost in the event of severe technical failure or seasonal resets.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NewWorldSMP, its owners, administrators, or staff be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services.

We are not affiliated with Mojang AB. We abide by the commercial guidelines set forth by Mojang AB. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
